Rats can travel carrier cage in the handbag of the rat? my rats die because of the high preasure? It is non-stop 19 hours flight.

Traveling with animals of all kinds in another country is not easy. The animals must be available for some time before the official entry in the other country under quarantine. You can not international carriage of an animal like a flight in the country. Rats can probably prohibited its time as a carrier of disease. You should check with the airline. But I'm pretty sure would be a quarantine is required before they collect the animals. No sense, even if only for a short trip. Typically occurs when people move or stay for a long period.
It is unlikely that you can travel everywhere with a rat, even within the same country. When a rat escaped from its cage, are on board aircraft and systems available to chew son and cable. This could be the basis for an aircraft and causing millions of dollars in losses. I'm not sure that every airline does this risk.
I'm pretty sure that only dogs and cats are allowed as hand luggage. They should all paperwork and transit countries need to meet Ratso in a container with the regulation of live animals from IATA, check-in ... .. and pay their freight to the airline you can lean
