Some of these sentences need a framework in order to be properly translated. In addition, some of them can come together in a paragraph, and then Diferently can be translated. This is my best attempt:

In response to your letter = In response to your letter,
= After the interview After the interview
We would be grateful if you could send = We would be grateful if you send us ... (Sample number)
We would be grateful if you contact us by phone = We would be grateful if you call us ... (Details)
Some examples / information = Some samples / na
"We will also = Do you want us to know ...
What are their prices = What are your prices
What are your conditions are your =
Attached = is in the envelope ...
We look forward = We are pleased ...
We have confirmed in writing that = we are confirmed in writing that ...
Please excuse me = sorry, please
Unfortunately, we regret to inform =that ...
= We are not satisfied, we are not satisfied ...
do not have enough information about their needs = insufficient data about your needs
I wish = I apply for ... or "I ask a ...".
as agreed = (as) as agreed
I will = I want to go (or "do" plan, "") for an appointment ...
