I have an extremely sensitive point at the back of my ankle just above and the outside of my heel, any ideas? - pressure point of the ankle

It is only really noticeable touch of my shoe - and my work boots, not too close! I feel the pain when I move my hand on the heel / ankle and foot when I lie down, but not painful, but the slightest pressure is actually applied.
