I've never seen, and I wondered if there is a simple way, one to be found.

Sorry ... All Shiny Pokemon are very rare, and the only thing that matters would use a little easier to make the Poke Radar. All the rest is luck. For more help, perhaps the sites like Serebii, Bulbapedia Psypoke and would be useful. Hope this helps!
